Republican governors are not alone in worrying about what the proposed legislation on health care could mean for their already overstretched budget: Democrats share the same concern. “We worry,” said Governor Jack Markell for Delaware, in an interview Wednesday, hours before he was elected chairman of the Democratic Governors Association. “And we make every effort to communicate.
